Driebergen Zeist station, then our shuttle every half hour from 08:00, free for guests.
By car
A12 exit 21, then 9 minutes through the forest. Navigation knows the lane.
Parking
70 free places under the oaks, 6 chargers for electric cars.
Wifi
1 Gbit fibre, a separate network for each group, no login page.
Access
Lift in the main house, coach house and orangery step free, accessible bedroom on the ground floor.
Food
Kitchen garden lunch, vegetarian by default, every allergy handled. Tell us a week ahead.
Quiet
One group per room, never two groups in the same wing. No weddings on weekdays.
Outside
Walking map of 9 km of private paths, rain jackets and boots by the door.
Booking
Hold a date for ten days, free. Final numbers five working days before.
Before you ask
Can we have the whole house?
Yes, from 28 overnight guests or a day group above 60. Nobody else is on the estate that day.
Can we bring our own facilitator?
Of course. Many groups do. We can also suggest three we trust, from strategy to team work.
What happens if it rains?
The walk becomes a session by the fire in the library. The boots and jackets by the door are for the brave.
How far ahead do companies book?
Six to ten weeks for a day, three to six months for a retreat with rooms in spring and autumn.
